RESTORE: Evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the HARPOON™ System in the treatment of patients with severe degenerative mitral regurgitation (DMR).
LeAPPS: A prospective, randomized, multicenter, multinational, blinded superiority trial evaluating the effectiveness of left atrial appendage exclusion (LAAE) for the prevention of ischemic stroke or systemic arterial embolism in patients undergoing cardiac surgery who have risk factors for atrial fibrillation and ischemic stroke.
CLASP II-TR: A clinical trial designed to determine the safety and effectiveness of the Edwards PASCAL transcatheter valve repair system, a device intended to repair the tricuspid valve without open-heart surgery.
ENCIRCLE: A study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the SAPIEN M3 System in patients with symptomatic mitral regurgitation of at least 3+, for whom commercially available surgical or transcatheter treatment options are considered unsuitable.
